Here’s a little brief about myself.
I’m Aarthi. After earning Master’s degrees in English Literature and English Language Development, I started off my career teaching business communication, creative writing, research skills, grammar, and critical thinking to postsecondary students at a community college in the Silicon Valley. At the time, I also volunteered to work as a marketing writer with a non profit, The Palisadoes Foundation, that promotes IT education in developing countries like Jamaica. The cause resonated with me since I was an educator myself.
It was during this stint that I discovered my love for all things “digital marketing”. I’ve since added a digital marketing nanodegree and a handful of top notch industry certifications to my skill set. I’ve provided a leg up to a few local businesses. And I’ve also worked as a social media coordinator at a San Jose based start up where I created content, implemented social media marketing, developed relations with influencers, and fostered a vibrant and thriving online community through creative strategy and continuous engagement.
I spend a great deal of time doing the research necessary to gather consumer/competitor/market information before I create strategy and content that is on target. I believe in constantly monitoring analytics to be able to test and optimize in order to grow exponentially. I’d love to write website content, blog articles, ad copy, or create email campaigns for you. I’d be equally thrilled launching ad campaigns, managing your social media, revving up your CMS, or setting up a robust CRM, to get it all working together as one smooth lead generating and customer delighting machine.

I live in San Jose, love fresh-healthy-vegan food, enjoy prayer and garden time, and constantly battle getting over my OCD for order and cleanliness! Movies, books, and music fill the few and far between downtimes 😊
