How to write a non-salesy lead nurture email (with example)

What does everyone do when they’ve built a targeted email list of potential leads?

Well, send them a nurturing email to get them to buy what you have to sell or at least help move them down the funnel.

In my very first Facebook ads campaign, I managed to have 497 people download Udacity’s lead magnet — a free Social Media Advertising Guide.

I then sent the following email to the nearly 500 leads I had assiduously collected to convince them to enroll in Udacity’s Digital Marketing Nano Degree program. Now that was what I had to “sell”.

Getting people to take action to rack up those conversions takes writing a well-thought out email that is based on well-researched customer insight. There are many components that go into an effective lead nurturing email. Feel free to use this email template to make your leads buy from you too:)
